Item Review: Dual Illumina

The Dual Illumina came out of the Coolest Gift on December 21st, 2012.

Ratings

Price - 7/10

You could get the Coolest Gift in one of two ways, either buying it or having one of the top 100 most popular places of 2012. 308 of these gifts were sold and 100 were given out, so there's 408 Dual Illuminas in existence. The price of the Coolest Gift? 40,000 R$. While this certainly isn't cheap, it is by Illumina standards. The RAP of the regular Illumina rarely goes below 250,000 R$. And you get two from this gift! That's only 20,000 R$ per Illumina! What a bargain!

Usefulness - 9/10

For a melee weapon, this does an exceptional amount of damage. With just couple of hits you'll have your opponent lying on the floor literally in pieces. It does twice the damage of a normal Illumina and leaves twice the sparkles in your wake. The only downside is that you can't jump glitch with it.

Look - 10/10

A single Illumina is cool enough, but how about TWO!? While on the website you are displayed as holding one up and the other down at your side, in game you hold both the swords up. These swords are sure to earn you respect, even though there's four times as many of them as the classic Illumina.

Overall Score - 8.5/10

It's cool and does a lot of damage, but the price is what gets you. Other than that, they are, in a word, epic.

Place Review: Food Court by Samaxis

This game has yet to be finished, so there is not an official thumbnail yet. We thought this place was cool, so we decided to review it.

Ratings

Building- 10/10

Food Court shows outstanding details with amazing C-Framing done by Samaxis. The rustic look makes the place look more dynamic and unique. Although this place is still a work in progress, I think it would turn out as a great place.

Scripting- N/A

There is no scripting in Food Court since the place is being made just for looks.

Entertainment Value- 8/10

There is not a lot of play value in this place, but it would make a great place to role play. Although It is not like Legacy 2 or any of those kinds of RPG games, but with some scripting, Food Court could turn out as a map for a FPS.

Overall Score 9/10

Overall, Food Court is a great place to just chill with your friends and such. It’s worth visiting this place at least once because of the detail and time Samaxis puts into this place.

Place Review: SCP:Lockdown by Somerandomguysrg

This game is still in development, so there's not a real thumbnail yet. But the place was so good, we just had to review it.

SCP:Lockdown is a place about surviving from the abnormal SCPs (They're like creatures) from the SCP Foundation.

Ratings

Building- 6/10

It's pretty much simple building, with the bit of cframing. It's not like Countryside, but it has its specialties.

Scripting- 10/10

WOW. I cannot stress this enough. It's amazing. You need to check it out because words cannot explain how amazing the scripting is. SCP-173 Following you while looking away/blinking... It's the best thing since sliced bread... Yeah, I'm joking about that sliced bread thing.

Entertainment Value- 9.75/10

It's really entertaining to some, and if your the person who likes scary games, it's recommended for you. It has the explore and creepypasta, 2 in 1. Don't blame us if you had to change your pants after playing.

OVERALL SCORE- 9/10

Very good. I'd recommend you check it out. Really fun and scary to explore. Give it a try!

Place Review: Countryside by Finwei

Countryside is a game all about exploration. While this version is locked to friends-only, you can play the open version on the account Finweitheii.

Ratings

Building- 10/10

Wow, when I say this place is well built, it's the understatement of the century. This place has got everything to the smallest detail that makes it so incredible. The CFraming is impeccable. Not to mention the textures, meshes, lighting, and just about everything else that gives this place a sure-fire 10/10.

Scripting- 8/10

While this place does have scripting, there just isn't much to evaluate. What's here is done quite well, however. There's teleporters and the occasional click-button brick. Nothing much, but a solid 8/10.

Entertainment Value- 8.5/10

This map is huge with a few hidden easter eggs and secrets. Plenty of fun to explore for a bit, but no goals. It's fun to stumble across hidden teleporters and be whisked away to secret areas.

OVERALL SCORE- 9/10

I can't stress it enough, this game is built extremely well. Very fun to explore. I'd say definitely give it a try! It's worth visiting at least once.
